Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on AI Girlfriend Chat are for digital content and services that are consumed immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Voice Message Packages

Voice message credits are delivered instantly after a successful payment. Once credits have been added to your account, they cannot be refunded regardless of whether they have been used.

3. Chat Message Packages

Extra chat message credits are applied to your account immediately upon purchase. These credits are non-refundable once issued, whether or not they have been fully consumed.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
Your payment was processed but credits were never delivered to your account.
Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. Include your registered email address and a description of the issue.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending investigation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
